Ferruccio Maria Sbarbaro Guest at the Boston University School of Law

A few weeks ago, our managing partner prof. Ferruccio M. Sbarbaro was guest speaker at prof. Pierluigi Matera’s course on Corporations (Boston University School of Law – JD program)

Prof. Sbarbaro gave a talk on qualification, role, and function of independent directors both in the US and Europe

Earlier that week, prof. Sbarbaro also joined prof. Matera in a class debate on ESG, giving an insightful talk on the recent developments in the EU
